予約から、お会計まで。

一STEP 1
ご予約
Booking
お電話で承ります。カウンターはふらっとお越しいただいても大丈夫ですが、座敷とコースはご予約ください。
Call us to book (English OK). Walk-ins are welcome at the counter; tatami rooms and the omakase course need a reservation.

二STEP 2
入店・お席へ
Arrival
藍色ののれんをくぐって、店員にお名前と人数をお伝えください。座敷では靴を脱いで上がります。
Step through the indigo noren curtain and tell us your name and party size. In tatami rooms, please take off your shoes.

三STEP 3
お通しとおしぼり
Otoshi & oshibori
席に着くと、温かいおしぼりと「お通し」という小鉢をお出しします。お通しは330円で、席料のようなものです。
You'll get a hot towel and a small starter called otoshi (¥330). It works like a cover charge — a little taste of the day.

まずは飲み物から
Drinks first
最初に飲み物を頼み、料理は少しずつ追加していくのが居酒屋流です。地酒は「辛口」「甘口」とお好みを言っていただければ、店主が選びます。
Izakaya style: order drinks first, then share dishes a few at a time. For sake, just say "dry" or "sweet" and the chef will pick for you.

追加の注文
Ordering more
手をあげて「すみません」と声をかけてください。英語メニューもご用意しています。
Raise your hand and say "Sumimasen" (excuse me). An English menu is available.

六STEP 6
お会計
The bill
お会計は席で。「お会計お願いします」とお声がけください。カード・交通系ICが使えます。チップは不要です。
Pay at your table — say "Okaikei onegaishimasu". Cards and IC cards accepted. No tipping in Japan.
マナー ・ ETIQUETTE
知っておくと、もっと楽しい。
A few small customs. Don't worry — nobody expects perfection.
「乾杯」で始めましょう
Start with "Kanpai!"
全員の飲み物がそろったら、グラスを合わせて。 / Wait until everyone has a drink, then toast.
大皿はみんなで
Share the plates
取り皿にとって分け合います。 / Dishes are for sharing — use the small plates.
お醤油は少しだけ
Just a touch of soy
刺身の端に少しつけるのがおすすめ。 / Dip just the edge of the fish.
箸をごはんに立てない
Don't stand chopsticks in rice
箸置きに置いてください。 / Rest them on the chopstick holder instead.
座敷に靴のまま上がらない
No shoes on tatami
段の手前で脱いでください。 / Leave them at the step below the tatami.

英語は通じますか？Do you speak English?
簡単な英語で対応できます。英語メニューもあります。
Yes, our staff speak basic English, and we have an English menu.
魚が苦手でも楽しめますか？What if I don't eat fish?
だし巻き玉子や揚げ出し豆腐など、魚を使わない料理もご用意できます。ご予約時にお知らせください。
We can prepare non-fish dishes such as rolled omelet and fried tofu. Please let us know when booking.
アレルギーやベジタリアンに対応できますか？Allergies or vegetarian?
できる限り対応します。だしに魚を使っているため、完全なベジタリアン対応は事前にご相談ください。
We'll do our best. Our broth uses fish, so please contact us in advance for strictly vegetarian meals.
子ども連れでも大丈夫ですか？Are children welcome?
座敷なら小さなお子さまも安心です。ソフトドリンクもあります。
Yes — tatami rooms are best for families. We have soft drinks too.
しけで休みになる日はどうやってわかりますか？How do I know if you're closed for storms?
漁が休みの日は、当日のお昼までにお電話でお伝えできます。ご予約の方には店からご連絡します。
Call us by noon on the day. If you have a reservation, we'll contact you.
